Because of the potential conflict of interest which may, on occasion, arise between our functions as tax accountants and financial planners, we make the following commitment to you:
- To make every effort to obtain information and an understanding of all that affects a client's economic or financial situation, goals and views.
- To make only those recommendations to a client which, had we been in his/her situation with his/her viewpoint, we would have recommended for ourselves.
- To make available only those financial products that are suitable for each client's needs; backed by organizations that have demonstrated a willingness and capacity to support their products with responsive service and good will. Generally, all
financial recommendations will be for long term retention rather than short term trading or speculation.
- To concentrate on fundamentals and not be distracted by the glamour of short term profits and high tax write offs.
- To maintain and upgrade our knowledge continually about financial planning, related subjects and products with particular emphasis on taxation, tax qualified plans, estate liquidity, life insurance products, real estate and other fully managed
portfolios.
- To work with the client's other professional advisors and encourage clients to establish a relationship with the appropriate advisors where none exists.
- To always honor our commitment to existing clients before taking on new clients or activities.
- To make a friend of each new client.
